Kyle uses a cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) approach in his work with adults, children and adolescents. He helps clients with a broad range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteen issues, and phobias. Kyle's experience includes treating children with learning disabilities and behavioral issues, and working with clients who struggle with chronic mental illness.

Kyle came to YFC in 2013 as a clinical intern. He worked concurrently at Vista Medical Center's in-patient program for adults and adolescents. Prior to joining YFC, Kyle completed a graduate-level internship at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Waukegan, and worked for 4 years at Lake Park Center, a residential facility for adults with chronic and severe mental illnesses.

Kyle has worked as a volunteer in India and Africa, where he taught basic skills to children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
