Crystal Ramirez, LCPC

Crystal plays a key role in clinical supervision and quality assurance at YFC, supporting the client support team and contributing to care delivery that strengthens emotional well-being for English- and Spanish-speaking clients. She joined YFC in June 2024 with 7 years of experience as a licensed clinician. She applies a compassionate, strengths-based approach in her work with clients and her team. Crystal earned her MA in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She focuses on enhancing the therapeutic process for clients across diverse backgrounds. Her therapeutic orientation integrates dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and person-centered approaches. Crystal enjoys mentoring clinicians while supporting clients in developing insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys being active and spending time in nature by going on walks and watching wildlife, especially (her favorite) ducks.
