Jodi Riegel, LCSW

Jodi joined Youth & Family Counseling in August 2023 and provides therapy services to individuals and families. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and approaches treatment through a collaborative and individualized lens. She earned an MSW from Dominican University and has three years of experience helping clients address mental health concerns, build coping skills, and improve relationships. Jodi’s therapeutic practice includes person-centered therapy, psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She values working collaboratively with clients to support growth, insight, and lasting change.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys hiking (including a goal is to visit every national park in the country), kayaking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
