Reyna serves as a Therapist at Youth & Family Counseling, providing client-centered mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She joined YFC in October 2024 as a clinical intern and after earning her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, transitioned to the role of Therapist. She brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to supporting individuals and families as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Reyna’s therapeutic style emphasizes building strong, trusting relationships and meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. Her clinical approach integrates person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, play therapy techniques, and trauma-informed care. She works to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and enhance emotional regulation while honoring each individual’s unique experiences and cultural background. Reyna values working in community mental health because it allows her to provide accessible, inclusive care to diverse populations. She is passionate about empowering clients through empathy, encouragement, and practical skill-building.

Outside of work, Reyna enjoys spending time with family, engaging in creative outlets, and continuing her professional growth through learning and reflection.
