Ariben serves as the Operations Coordinator at Youth & Family Counseling, supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, responsive, and accessible mental health services for clients and staff. He joined YFC in December 2025 and plays a key role in coordinating administrative processes and internal workflows that help maintain smooth clinic operations across programs and locations.

Ariben approaches his work through a detail-oriented and collaborative lens, recognizing the importance of strong operational systems in supporting high-quality clinical care. He works closely with leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to assist with scheduling logistics, resource coordination, and problem-solving that promotes continuity of services and positive client experience. His role helps bridge operational needs with the agency’s mission-driven goals.
Ariben values working in community mental health because it allows him to contribute to systems that directly support healing and stability for individuals and families. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new organizational tools, supporting team-based initiatives, and spending time with family and friends.
