Liliana Lobono, MS

Liliana joined Youth & Family Counseling (YFC) in September 2025 as a Bilingual Client Services Specialist, where she supports English- and Spanish-speaking clients through culturally sensitive intake, scheduling, and ongoing communication. She enjoys being one of the first people clients interact with at YFC and focuses on helping them feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start. In addition to this role, Liliana works as a case manager, helping clients navigate care planning, coordination, and advocacy while connecting them with helpful community resources and walking alongside them as they work toward their goals. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and takes a compassionate, client-centered approach informed by CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Liliana is passionate about providing culturally responsive care, building trust, and collaborating with the YFC team to improve each client’s experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling.
