“I was given the opportunity to meet with my peers as part of the interview process and after having met with them and my direct supervisor, I knew that YFC was a place that I wanted to work. I believe in our mission, counseling for all. I know that we root our decisions about our delivery of care in doing the best by our clients. Even when decisions are hard for financial reasons or other constraints, we do what is right by the clients we serve and that aligns with my personal values.“
